Justice for Sean Ellis

Sean K. Ellis spent nearly 22 years in prison for the 1993 murder of Boston Det. John Mulligan. Ellis claimed innocence, and in 2015 his conviction was overturned, a ruling unanimously affirmeld in 2016 by the Mass. SJC. A retrial - Ellis' 4th for this crime - is scheduled to begin on Sept. 9, 2019.
